Picnic/Heli Picnic #1

Grass Roots Sandwich

Choice of Thai Chicken, Breaded Chicken Schnitzel,
Ham and Cheddar or Roasted Veggies and Feta Cheese
stacked with lettuce, sprouts, cucumber, carrots and
fresh corn salsa on our own fresh baked multi-grain bread.

Dessert

Selection of Chocolate Brownies, Oatmeal and Raisin or Chocolate Chunk Cookies

We are happy to make sandwiches for special diets, jam and peanut butter for childeren. Lunches for small groups are bagged, for large groups are better packed in coolers.

Chicken Schnitzel or Thai Chicken with corn salsa
and/or
B.C. Salmon baked in a Puff Pastry with Spinach and Shallots
served with a choice of any three salads:
Greek, Pesto Pasta Thai Noodle, Potato and Yam, Chick Pea
Penne Pasta, Black Bean & Corn, Curried Rice
Served with fresh breads and butter.

Dessert

Chocolate Brownie, Carrot Cake, Biscotti

The Chicken and Salmon are presented on platters, salads in containers, guides can serve foor buffet style. All plates, forks, napkins are included.

Apple Flan

Food would be served on platters, China plates and silver could be costed in as rentals for up to 50 people. Otherwise all plates, napkins etc. are included in the price.

BBQ Salmon, Capicola Ham, Thai Chicken, Tomato and Bocconcini, Grilled Vegetables

Served with Foccacia Bread

Roast Beef

Served with Horseradish Mayo, Organic Greens with Sundried Tomato Dressing and Potato and Yam Salad

and/or

Baked Salmon

B.C. Salmon baled in a Puff Pastry with Spinach and Shallots served with fresh tomato and Cucumber Salsa. Organic greens with sundried Tomato Dressing and Curried Rice Salad.

Richard has created many menus to suit a customer's particular tastes, and would be happy to design menus which include, Venison, Lamb, Roast Veal, Sea Bass, Lobster. Crab, Scallops etc. in place of the Roast Beef and Salmon in Menu #4 the price per person would be adjusted depending on choices. As indicated, we can provide plate service for 50 people and can arrange for rentals. We have a number of former and present staff mambers who may be hired on a per-hour basis if your function requires this.

We have catered successfully for the most rugged elaborate occasions and do so with great pleaure.
