Richard has created many menus to suit a customer's particular tastes, and would be happy to design menus which include, Venison, Lamb, Roast Veal, Sea Bass, Lobster. Crab, Scallops etc. in place of the Roast Beef and Salmon in Menu #4 the price per person would be adjusted depending on choices. As indicated, we can provide plate service for 50 people and can arrange for rentals. We have a number of former and present staff mambers who may be hired on a per-hour basis if your function requires this. We have catered successfully for the most rugged elaborate occasions and do so with great pleaure.
