In the not-too-distant past, Americans thought Asian cuisine meant Chinese food. But as ethnic diversity in the U.S and Canada increases, people are becoming more aware of Asia's many cuisines, particularly those of East Asia.

We believe that the flavors and textures of East Asian food cannot be beat. While there are many ingredients, such as soy sauce, that are used in the cuisines of most of the countries of the region, each cuisine has its own distinctive flavor.
