Whistler Nordic Skiing
The Lost Lake Cross Country trail system has over 30 km of trails winding through diverse and scenic terrain. The cross country trails are impeccably groomed and trackset daily to accommodate both classic and skate skiing. In total we have 30 km groomed for skate skiing and 25 km trackset for classic. Skiing conditions are excellent! For your additional enjoyment, 4 kms of trails are lit from 3PM-9 PM at a reduced night rate.
Snowshoeing
Try this great Canadian activity! 12 km of designated snowshoe trails allow recreationalists another option to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Lost Lake Park. A minimal trail fee is charged; we ask that you keep to the marked trails and refrain from snowshoeing on the groomed ski trails.
Lessons and Rentals
The Cross Country Connection offers lessons, rentals, tours, and service from their location next to the Lost Lake Ticket Booth. There are many local ski shops, located in Whistler Village and Nesters Market Square, which have rental packages available.
Tickets
One-day, book of 5, book of 10 and Ultra Ski tickets are available for purchase at the Lost Lake Ticket Booth, The Mons Ticket Booth, located at the foot of Old Mill Road, just a short ski from the Nicklaus North Club House, and the Meadow Park Sports Centre.
Parking & Transit
There’s plenty of parking conveniently located in the cross country skiers Lot 4A; the entrance is off Lorimer Road. You may also access the trails from the village by the day skier’s lots. Walk or put your skis on at our multi-use trail, which leads directly to the Lost Lake Ticket Booth. Trails may also accessed from the Meadow Park Sports Centre, 4 kms north of the village off Highway 99. For bus service information call 604-932-4020
