Our signature dishes are first marinated in a blend of exotic spices before barbecued in a Tandoor oven. High temperatures (320c/600f) ensure the succulence of the ingredients. Then a quick stove-top finish takes place. We also offer a wide selection of curry dishes from various parts of India, cooked in authentic style.
